KS Series Gear Measuring Center

Purpose
KS series of gear measuring center can be used to measure straight tooth, helical tooth cylindrical gears, hobbing cutter, shaving cutter, shaper cutter, worm wheel, worm, straight bevel gear, spiral bevel gear, etc. It widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, machine tools, power tools, instrumentation, scientific research departments and factory measurement accuracy of the chamber.

KS series of gear measuring center electronics show into the measuring principle, high-precision motion control integrated machine, natural marble base, imported high-precision rolling guide, highly dynamic motion control system with closed loop sensors and high-speed high-precision micrometer data acquisition and processing system.Host reasonable structure,excellent rigidity,high measuring precision,showing the value of stable, beautiful appearance.
The basic units of these gear measuring centers are provided with four-axis measuring system. The machine is provided with AC servo motors(from Japan) and high resolution Nanomotion's ceramic servo motor as the drive units.In addition,eath axis is equipped witn a RENISHAW linear mearuring syetem or HEIDEHAIN angle encoder.Thus the measuring accuracy is greatly improved in this full closed loop control system. The probe assembly part can be equipped with Swiss TESA sensor, digital probe, Renishaw SP80H 3D probe.
